pattern 01
The shipper-researcher.
You read papers and you write production code. You know what a CUDA kernel costs and what a unit test costs, and you treat both with the same seriousness.
careers
We hire a small number of unusually capable engineers, researchers, and founders. We're not in growth-at-all-costs mode. Every hire is a 10× hire, or it doesn't happen.

pattern 01
You read papers and you write production code. You know what a CUDA kernel costs and what a unit test costs, and you treat both with the same seriousness.
pattern 02
You move across the stack — model, infra, product, distribution — with disproportionate output. Title is irrelevant; throughput is everything.
pattern 03
You want to start a company on top of the agent stack and you'd like the runway, technical leverage, and design discipline of a small lab while you do it.
open roles
We're not running open requisitions right now. We're a small team executing against a long roadmap, and we'd rather wait six months for the right person than ship a mediocre hire this quarter.
That said, if you're already an exceptional engineer, researcher, or founder, and you'd want to work here even though there's no listing — that's exactly the kind of email we want to receive. Use the subject line inbound so it gets routed correctly.
