Questions before you pay anything.

Is the free tier really free?

Yes. The open-source Mercury Agent CLI is MIT-licensed and free forever. Self-host it, use it commercially, fork it. No account, no cloud, no telemetry. The Basic tier here means "the free, self-hosted agent" — there's nothing to buy.

What's the difference between Standard and Advanced?

Standard gives your team cloud accessibility and managed access to all 300+ supported LLM models with collaborative knowledge. Advanced adds pay-as-you-go per-token pricing on premium models, higher concurrency, SSO, audit logs, and a private skills registry.

Can I still bring my own model keys?

Always. Even on Standard and Advanced, you can route specific tools to your own provider keys. The managed gateway is a convenience, not a lock-in. Your code, your keys, your rules.

Do you store my code or conversations?

Cloud runs are logged for your own audit trail and can be deleted at any time. We do not train models on your data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy and the product-specific data notice.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep access until the end of your billing period. After that, your cloud workspace is deactivated (not deleted) for 30 days in case you change your mind, then removed. Your local agent keeps working regardless. See the Refund Policy for details.

Is there a team or enterprise plan?

Advanced covers most teams. If you need custom volume, on-prem hosting, or a dedicated support arrangement, email billing@cosmicstack.ai and we'll work it out.
