Pro is for daily Mercury Agent usage with higher model gateway limits, expanded token budgets, live agent status, remote control, memory sync, and usage analytics. Extended is for heavier workloads with the highest standard budgets, higher throughput, and advanced memory workflows.
Yes. Mercury Agent remains provider-agnostic. Cloud plans add managed access and account-level usage controls; your local CLI can still use your own provider keys.
Cloud runs are logged for your own audit trail and can be deleted at any time. We do not train models on your data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy and the product-specific data notice.
You keep access until the end of your billing period. After that, your cloud workspace is deactivated (not deleted) for 30 days in case you change your mind, then removed. Your local agent keeps working regardless. See the Refund Policy for details.
Extended covers heavier individual and small-team workloads. If you need custom volume, on-prem hosting, or a dedicated support arrangement, email billing@cosmicstack.ai and we'll work it out.
