Plain-English terms for using this website. Product-specific terms live on the product pages and supersede these for use of those products.
Scope
These terms cover use of the marketing website at cosmicstack.ai. They do not cover use of Cosmic Stack products, which have their own terms linked from the product pages and accepted at the point of signup or installation.
Permitted use
You may read, link to, and quote content on this site for any non-commercial purpose, including research, journalism, and education, provided attribution is reasonable.
Commercial republication of substantial portions of original written work (research notes, blog posts) requires written permission — email press@cosmicstack.ai. Code samples published on this site are MIT-licensed unless otherwise specified.
Prohibited use
- Automated scraping that materially affects site performance for other users. We block at the edge.
- Misrepresenting your affiliation with Cosmic Stack or our products in any commercial or fundraising context.
- Anything that would be illegal in California or the EU.
No warranties
This website and its content are provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Cosmic Stack disclaims all liability for damages arising from your use of the site to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We link to external sources where relevant. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites and including a link does not imply endorsement.
Trademarks
"Cosmic Stack", "Mercury Agent", and "Sav.ink" are trademarks of Cosmic Stack. The neon-underscore wordmark and visual identity are protected under copyright. Reasonable editorial use (e.g. in press coverage) is welcome; commercial use requires written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Changes
We will note material changes here and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
